Our company works with Hamaren Education Center to assist in training candidates. The training we provide includes:
- Skills Training: Candidates are given training in relevant fields, such as hospitality, construction, and health, to improve technical skills.
- Language and Culture Training: Foreign language training (e.g., Japanese or the language of the destination country) and understanding of the culture, laws, and social norms in the destination country to prepare workers.
With this training, candidates will be better prepared to face challenges in the destination country and increase their chances of success in an international career.

With the support of a professional team, we assist candidates in processing immigration documents, such as passports and visas, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. We also coordinate with companies in the destination country regarding work contracts and explain their terms to candidates, including worker rights and obligations, to prevent misunderstandings and ensure a safe and comfortable working experience abroad.
