Welcome to Hamawork
Hamaren Group was established in Indonesia in 2012 and has significantly strengthened its business foundation, including consulting services for Japanese companies, transportation services, car rentals, trading companies, real estate, Japanese language schools, and certified shipping organizations. Indonesian and Japanese staff study the business models and business ethics of both countries, improve teamwork, and continue to take more advanced strategies with an international mindset. As a result, we have been able to build a high level of trust and a strong sense of unity. In addition, because we are a company based on a management philosophy that aims for the development of both countries, we are able to work hard in an environment that allows us to grow together.
PT Hama Work Solution under the auspices of Hamaren Group was established in August 2024 with a vision to become one of the leading companies in the placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) to various countries in the world. With a focus on the labor industry, PT Hama Work Solution was established to provide the best solutions in the recruitment, training, and placement of quality migrant workers. Supported by a team experienced in international workforce management, especially to Japan. In addition, this company also focuses on improving the quality and competence of migrant workers through comprehensive training programs. Our Services
Reasons to choose Hamaren Japanese Language School
1. There is a strict entrance exam
- Document check
- Medical examination
- Written test (including mathematics)
- Physical examination (including
- check for tattoos or body abnormalities)
- Physical strength test (sit-ups, push-ups 35 times, 3 km run, etc.)
- Interview (accompanied by new staff)
- Personality evaluation (conducted by external professional company)
- Comprehensive health check
- 1 month learning experience program
The written test can be retaken, but if you fail the physical examination or personality evaluation, there is no chance to retake it. (Because personality or innate things cannot be changed.)
2. Month trial period after registration
During the one-month trial period, participants’ intellectual, mental, and physical abilities are tested. In addition, through the latest AI-based suitability tests, health screenings, and behavioral evaluations, only those who are deemed sufficiently qualified as trainees are allowed to continue. Once accepted, a point deduction system is also implemented; if negative assessments reach a certain threshold, participants will be removed from the program.
3. Mental education that emphasizes discipline and good manners
With discipline and physical strength training led by former soldiers, the trainees are strictly trained to have discipline, manners, and strong mental resilience. This is done to prevent them from leaving the placement company, causing trouble, or disappearing without a trace while abroad. Especially in physical training, every day they do activities such as running 3 km, push-ups, and abdominal muscle exercises.
4. Comprehensive Japanese language N4 education
Japanese language education is conducted through cooperation between local teachers and Japanese “Japanese Language Education Advisors”, with the aim of providing teaching equivalent to the mandatory skills for trainees who must pass N4. This education focuses on conversation skills, with an emphasis on communication with Japanese people. Communication skills at the training site are very important because they directly affect the results of the training (work results).
5. Implementing cooperation skills through activities in the dormitory
Because the system is a full dormitory, the participants naturally develop a cooperative attitude. In addition, with a rotating system in preparing food, they are also trained to be independent in cooking life while in Japan.
6. Recruitment interview
Interviews are available at any time, so we can respond flexibly to companies in urgent need of trainees. Recruitment interviews are held at any time, both online and on-site. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
7. Vocational skills development training school
Through our 10 internal vocational skills development training schools in Java, we train 100 trainees in each location.
8. Reliable support system in Japan to handle any problems that arise
A domestic complaint handling team has been established through SNS. If the problem can be resolved there, the team will handle it via Zoom or Line. In case of emergency or if the problem cannot be resolved through SNS, an interpreter from Hamren’s representative office in Japan will be sent to handle the situation.
