P3MI (Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company) is a company engaged in the placement of Indonesian workers (TKI) abroad. P3MI acts as a party that channels and facilitates the process of placing migrant workers, starting from recruitment, training, to sending workers to the destination country in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, P3MI is also responsible for protecting migrant workers, ensuring that their rights are met, and providing the necessary administrative and legal services. This company must be registered and have a permit from the Indonesian government to carry out migrant worker placement activities legally and in accordance with existing regulations.<\/p>\n

This visa is designed for individuals working in the fields of technology, science, humanities, and international services in Japan.       \nGenerally, applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
      \nNotes: the maximum age limit can change depending on the Recipient Company.<\/li>\n
    3. Skills
      \nApplicants must have skills or expertise in fields needed by industry in Japan, such as construction, maintenance, agriculture, and manufacturing.<\/li>\n
    4. Japanese Language Ability
      \nApplicants are usually required to have basic Japanese language skills, which can be proven through an exam or certificate. Minimum level N4.<\/li>\n
    5. Skills Test
      \nApplicants need to pass a skills test that is appropriate to the field of work they will be doing in Japan.<\/li>\n
    6. Physically and mentally healthy

      1. Tokutei Ginou Visa (TG)
      \n– Minimum Age 18 Years
      \n– Last Education High School\/Vocational High School Equivalent
      \n– Have a Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate of at least JFT A2 or JLPT N4
      \n– Have a SSW Certificate (Skills Certificate) in the field of interest.<\/p>\n

      Note: If you have previously been an intern in the same field, and want to work again in that field, you can attach the certificate obtained during the internship\/after completing the internship.<\/p>\n

      2. Engineer Visa (Gijinkoku)
      \n– Minimum Education Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a field relevant to the job of interest.
      \n– Have a Japanese language proficiency certificate equivalent to N4-N2 (*Depending on needs).<\/p>\n
